Thanks so much for your concern you obviously have ESP We had a call from our barrister late last night The case finally finished on 8 Sept and although the law is that illegal homes are demolished our man persuaded the Prosecutor not to ask for demolition The Judge then said she would rule in a month and so I have had the prayer mat out whilst following the forum

SHE HAS RULED THAT WE WILL NOT BE DEMOLISHED AND HAS ORDERED THAT THE TOWN HALL SHOULD PAY US DAMAGES FOR KNOWINGLY ALLOWING OUR SITE TO BE BUILT

So obviously massive relief after 10years of stress and nearly 10k euros in legal fees However we will not get the damages because the Town Hall is bankrupt and owes millions

Hoping that Kathy's health improves now but the prolonged stress has taken its toll and the fibromyalgia is really bad as she is in constant pain and barely able to walk

Turning to matters Stoke if only we could convert more of our chances we would be top 8 Not ashamed to admit Ished a tear watching Nello lovely "story" and great nostalgia of the Stokie Brand and home ( SOT )

Thanks again guys for your concern and hope that you and your good ladies are all ok

    Will keep in touch

Prayer does work SIS , KTF indeed. You and Kath have been under so much pressure for so long , now try to relax . All the best.

Cameron is recovering from minor surgery for hernia , out for only a few weeks.
