Giggs wants to keep him and he scored 16 goals for Wigan from midfield on loan...will be getting his chance against Arsenal...3mill bid in for him b4 he plays or see how he does?
And risk price tag anything upto 7-9mill?...golden hand shakes with UTD can happen for the summer...transfer windows dont really exist.
He's been injured for a while and hasn't kicked a ball in anger for months, we aren't going to bid for a player we haven't seen play. Even then his price won't be anything more than about £3m.
If Giggs wants him then absolutely no point in doing anything, he'll go back there, why wouldn't he? As for bidding, until Brucey has seen him play he won't be doing anything either I suspect until Utd have shown their hand
Sorry, what exactly has he done for Hull City in the last 16 days to suggest he's worth £3 million to us?
It's like when someone suggested we should offer £5 million for Hayden in January. This is an opportunity for Powell to restart his pretty disappointing career and prove himself; he's not doing us a favour by coming here. And he didn't even score 16 goals for Wigan, he scored seven. Where's this guy getting his stats from?
And am sure Hull city will be his first port of call should he play a blinder like FC(sorry to mention)....unless contractual obliged to play for us next season
I'm trying to make sense of that but it's difficult. Nick Powell will be released by United in June. Nick Powell will go to whoever offers him the most money.
I'm still trying to make sense of where and when Nick Powell scored nine more goals during his time at Wigan.
I was just going on what they paid for him, assuming he does ok for us. But if he is out of contract it shouldn't be an issue, provided compensation isn't a problem. Incidentally, where did the op get all those goals from? He got 12 last time I checked...
When it involves millions in transfer deals nowadays and potentially make 4-5 mill clear profit in space of six months....transfers do happen in Feb ....if u had 3 mill to gamble on making 6 mill in 2017 u go for it
You appear a little confused. He's out of contract in four & a bit months. He'll not agree to sign for anybody just now. When he does, it'll be to the club who agrees to pay him the most.
