Rumor is he is off to Sheffield Utd. Its a shame to see him leave, he has done so well. But I suspect that with the model in place and the same staff, Harefield will continue to be just as good.

I thought he might have gone to Huddersfield...but wherever he goes...i wish him well. He's been great for the Academy and will be a big loss.
I heard a number of Prem clubs were interested in him including Man Utd - keen because of his background in nutrition as much as anything.
Had a quick word with him and he has said it is a big decision, but feels it is the right one for him. He's done very well, rising through the ranks, but I think for most people there is a time to move on and try a new challenge. Best of luck to him, and great to see an internal appointment to replace him!
