yes they are. they have a sugar daddy who is pumping lots of money into the team. they are the new crawley! they are doing work on their ground too. they can do what they want as there is no financial fair play rules in the conference. forest green rovers have a big budget too. there is a few club like that. and that is why higgs is saying we will have 1 of the biggest funds available not the biggest funds available. eastleigh will be up and around the top end come the end of the season
