Won't see that title very often on this forum, but this is a really interesting read. http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/...ff-city-files-extraordinary-boardroom-9290368
Interesting indeed. The letter from the surgeon on John Charles is fabulous. On Toshack sale, do we now have to believe that it was not all down to the club? Still recall vividly queuing for my milk in school when the news was circulated that he had gone. I would like to se the minutes when the club decided to stick with Jimmy Andrews and not take up John Toshack's offer to come as player coach in 1978. The history of the club was forever changed by that decision but saying that Swansea did have the likes of Curtis, Charles, Robbie James already there to supplement the old Anfield players who turned the club into a force.
what other nuggets are buried in those tomes? A few skeletons could fall out of the cupboard!!!!! Interesting to know what wasn't minuted from discussions as well. Surprised these documents still exist. I'm sure there are some who wish they didn't.
