NFC v Gooners. How many goals?

As a life long canary fan raising kids in Holloway since 2000, we have a joint respect for my team and the children's birth club...
We played pretty well last season at the Emirates resulting in a 3 3 draw and you did us at home, since losing Lambert to Villa and hiring Houghton we have looked a shadow of our heroic side from last year..
Fulham put 5 past us as did Liverpool and Chelsea got 4.
So how many do you think you will score against this years cannon fodder?..
I think we will survive in about 15th 16th but I have no confidence in beating the bigger sides this term.......

 

2 nil Norwich with Holt and Morison scoring again ..........

 

1-2 to the Arsenal I reckon. Holt scoring first then with Giroud and Podolksi scoring for us

 

Difficult game to predict, would be typical of us to struggle for goals when everyone else has thrashed them.

If Liverpool can put five past you......

 

not as easy as you're making out. Norwich like any other team in the pl are capable of pulling off surprises.

 

If Liverpool put 5 past them, and we put 2 past Liverpool, we should be putting 7 past Norwich.

 

Mmmm. I'm going for a routine 3-0... will all due respect to Norwich, I think this is a good time to be playing you guys...

 

We have started scoring again,and while we leak goals against the better sides it does give us a chance in the mini league at the bottom.Wouldn't bet against Holt scoring again.Could be something like 2-4.

 

Why is that? Shocked me both times at how easy it was for them at your place. They are normally blunt in front of goal.

 

i think exchanging stadiums will be a mutually beneificial idea

 

One theory is (that I read by a LFC fan) we don't kick Suarez all over the pitch so he has the freedom to play his normal game and consequently rips us apart (2 hat-tricks in 2 games )

 

Anything other than another heavy defeat will be a good performance in my eyes..... We are not very good anymore....

 

Think back four years a go then rewrite that statement!

 

I am comparing our form with last season wonky, only Man city gave us a proper hiding and I would go into games thinking we will give a good account of ourselves, god I hope to be proved wrong but the goals against stat is horrible reading......17(seventeen)in 7 games

Thanks for your input..... Did you not notice we are shipping a fair few goals ? This is my point and Arsenal will probably put another half dozen past us, this is the jist of my thread... I still believe we have a good chance of beating the lesser sides and avoiding the drop but maybe starting with Villa...
