YNWA I bet you are all sweating thinking of the massive improvements to Liverpool so far this summer. Not only have we replaced the famous number 7 shirt with the mighty Milner to wear it. We've signed Sean O'Driscoll as Rodgers assistant . Get your bets on early lads - Liverpool for the league and cup double.
I agree with you, Larky, old son, that Milner is a direct replacement for Slippy, except, of course, that Milner has actually won the league title, so he knows what it's like to be a real winner. I'm looking forward to Spurs picking up the cudgels, once again, with the mighty 'Pool. Mind you, I don't want us to leave it so late in the day to secure our rightful spot above you in the league. I know we were toying with you last season, but I'd rather we seal the deal sooner in the season.
A club as big as Liverpool really should be doing better than they are. It's a measure of how poorly they are doing when they are competing with Spurs.
It is rather embarrassing that Spurs have become a rival - I'll give you that. They're only a flash in the pan anyway, give it a couple of seasons Spurs will consistently be finishing 8th-10th.
With 61,000 tickets every other week, new sponsorship deals, naming-right money, the Yanky football cash, and King Levy taking us ever upwards, matched with an ever-aging, decrepit and senile Wenger doddering along at Arsenal, I can easily see the Shfit putting Spurs in charge, and Arsenal taking over as the main rival to 'Poo,l, Saints, Stoke and Everton.
He doesn't seem quite as confident! http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2517636-a-year-at-liverpool-seems-to-have-changed-lazar-markovic
Whats a Shfit ? is that a **** fit ? its obviously not the fabled Power Shift that you keep mentioning, as you have repeatedly stated that you are totally undecided on that matter. Or have you now made your mind up on the matter ?
No, I refuse to be drawn on the matter. Not even 87's tiddly-wink will get me to say otherwise, mate.
I'm so glad that more people are following my lead and insisting on a "no wum" policy for threads. I despise wumming in all its guises.
So it looks like Sterling will get his move to City. Suarez - gone Gerrard - gone Sterling - going Sturridge - broken Good work Brendan.
That's why the 'Pool board have brought in McAllister, because they've lost faith with Rodgers. One bad string of results, and he'll be told to "walk alone" like so many before him, and McAllister will take over.
