Its a red shirt, but it does sum up the way the club was operating that a Southampton fan heading the commercial department changed a century of history by including "his" black band. Any customer purchasing several thousand shirts should be able to secure a deal which offers a selection of designs to show its most important asset i.e fans. This seasons shirt will always be a shabby reminder of how classless football has got.
