Chelsea fan here in peace believe it or not! I was just wondering where you thought you will finish next season? I as really impressed with how you finished the season last term and I think you're the team to watch. You have made some good signings and it will be exciting next season.
I'm excited for next season, I think we will do well and if we keep near the top for the opening 10 games then there is no reason why our players wouldn't start to believe it is possible to win the title. If that's the case we should finish top 4 if we fail, which for now will be good enough
Realistically.. I hope for a top 4 finish. I predict we'll finish 3rd or 4th, who we replace - I don't have a clue, but I'm sure Man Utd will be in the top 2 and either Chelsea or Man City making up the numbers.
I would like a top four finish and anyone except Manchester United to win the premiership or any trophy for that matter,I don't want to see them winning the toss.
Getting top 4 will be a good start...Some think buy a few new players, that'll win the league...All clubs are spending and improving. Think Man City & Chelsea will be the teams to beat next season.
Seems like you guys see us as the team to beat then... Have to say our two clubs have had some classic encounters over the years! I think you will get top 4 with the gooners to miss out which would be extremely satisfying Have to put it out there though... we play you second last game of the season... what odds will I get on torres to score the winner at Anfield and seal the title for Chelsea? What a dream that would be!
Chelsea are the team to beat.If Villas Boas sets them up to play to Torres strengths, then Chelsea will be formidable.I would have said Man United were the team to beat if Ferguson actually strengthened their squad...He hasn't.They still don't have a central midfield.
You must post **** like this just to get a response from us United fans ? The argument has been had over if United have improved their squad. They blatantly have improved their squad. In regards to the midfield thing I'll debate that with you on the other thread.
The odds will be pretty short on Torres scoring the winner because bookies will be banking on chavs putting money on it. On the subject of Torres, this season really is his. He has had a long rest for the first time in 5 years AND he has his own personal trainer at the club. If he fails then there are no excuses.... On saying this I think he'll be a success and will bag you lot 20+ goals. Any anger I had towards Torres and his infantile behaviour is gone now, it's water under the bridge... (see what I did there)
