What do you want our new squad to look like next season out of the players that will probably be leaving

will we need to invest in young players, good players from lower leagues, loans from prem teams

    next years team for me

*********Lewis(if they fail to give him a contract at posh if not then gerken)

    Skuse Fontaine ****tu Van Anholt

    Adomah Elliott Kilkenny Butterfield

    *******Sordell Pitman

    Gerken
    Skuse Wilson Fonatine Jones
    Cisse
    Kilkenny McCann (Posh)
Adomah Hume (if PNE still in league 1)
    Pitman

Billy Jones has only played 6 time for WBA so far and if that stays the case until season's end would be worth going back in for.

EDIT - just read the bit about loans, my bad.

van anholt would be a loan, Lewis would be a free, ****tu would cost us about 250-500k, butterfield perhaps 1.5 mill, and sordell the same, so all in all we wouldn't be spending a lot of money

For starters I'd get rid of

    Maynard - (for a minimum £4m)
    Nyatanga - useless
JCR - not worth a place in the squad/questionable attitude

Agree with Jambo that Grant McCann of Peterborough would be a great buy

    Jamo (talk him into it)
    Scuze Wilson Fonts ******
    Adomah Elliott Kilkenny Pearson
    Stead Pitman

This is the obvious choice. However, I reckon McInnes will be a very busy boy up in the Highlands over the summer, and should sign a few choice youngsters.

BRR - Think you have it pretty much spot on (assume NM gone) but for the keeper.

Think Anno Domini has finally caught up with James and Gerkin is just a shot stopper, definitely not Championship.

ps - just noticed you haven't a place for Cisse, he's a player I would definitely keep.

It wouldn't surprise me if we got McGiven due to the fact I don't think he will make it with Man City,

I would also wait for the bidding for Maynard I know we won't get as much as we would of In the summer, but try and get a player exchange plus cash for him. There has to be some hidden gems in the premiership reserves.

I'm not sure on names, as I think that McInnes will definitely go north of the border for a number of his future signings, but I can see a lot of dead wood being shifted in the summer. For starters, a large number of players are out of contract and he'll either want them sold in January or gone after the last game in the season.

Once again, however, our fans seem to have forgotten that we're still very close to relegation. Based on current form it is unlikely, but those who are writing it off are fools. To get many of the players people have listed we'll need to continue to improve our play and our form, meaning finishing just outside of the playoffs.

    Skacel
    Wittaker
    Driver
    Templeton
    Daly

RP - Huge oversight on my part.
I am a massive Cisse man (what ya sayin' like), and he will be central to most successful City squads over the next few years, plus I would add Woolford to my list.
I agree Gerkin isnt quite up to what we need, and its also interesting to note that both Weale and Henderson are now playing for their respective reserves.
Jamo will still be good enough in a year, so lets have a swansong from the old fella...

Mangy, that's the difference between City and the Gash, you would actually sign people off the street and improve your squad. I think Shiny could do a job for you. Shame Chris only has rugby pedigree - his mum was a hooker ;-)
