I reckon Hodgson isn't going anywhere.

Should be someone young and passionate. You need some youth even at the helm of your team.

 

Before the tournament I'm sure it was mentioned that Roy will get France '16 at least. That could obviously change but that's what was said.

 

No way Hodgson will survive this debacle. Sent a second rate defence to Brazil. Showed no imagination/creativity in tactics. He's gone!!

I disagree, he has a long contract and a young team. I think he'll get to take on the Euros and if we are struggling to qualify, he'll be gone.

As Hockaday has joined Leeds we'll probably keep RH long enough to stumble through our dog **** qualifying group before succumbing at the group stage at Euro 2016 - after getting a bit giddy about 1966 again.

 

Let's hope we've got 3 decent defenders by 2016 to partner Cahill!!

 

I'm guessing the new incumbent, if there is to be one, will be some denizen of M25 land whom the media find acceptable.

Pulis is a taffy bastard...Its made for Steve Bruce...to kick some backsides and egos.

 

Hopefully Shaw, Stones and Chambers/rb have matured by then.

Hodgson seems to pick players and then that's it. We need more thought about what we should be doing. One small example: Nobody was on the near post at a corner and it nearly cost a goal. The solution: Baines had to cover both posts! He ended up standing behind Hart while looking at both posts!

 

Your future is clearly with players like Sterling, thats where I would focus on. A manager with a successful history getting the best out of young players.
