Who do we think ? For me Gerrard for two reasons; 1 hes the obvious choice at the moment and 2 hes not got that long left at international level which means in a couple of years we'll need another captain this will have given jones time to mature and be ready to take on the role

I've never been a fan of goalkeepers as captain, and the only other people who a worthy of a guaranteed place when fit are Wayne Rooney and Ashley Cole. So I'd give the armband to Danny Graham, on the grounds that it will at least get the country's second best English striker into the squad.
