    West Brom Away
    Fulham Home
    QPR Away
    Norwich Home

Very important we pick up 6-7 points from these games. Looking at the remaining fixtures, I will be concerned if we don't enter the final 8 games with anything less than 35 points.

    Man U Home
    Chelsea Away
    Newcastle Away
    Everton Home
    Villa Away
    Stoke Home
    Southampton Home
    Tottenham Away.

Newcastle, Villa and Southampton will be 3 relegation 6 pointers if we enter the final 8 games with 34 points or less.

I fancy you will beat Fulham and Norwich at home, no problem.

I'm hoping both teams will be safe enough by then mate. As for the result, heaven knows, we've started to play better, you don't let in many goals....but we've home advantage but you outplayed us at St James last time. 3-1 to us :p

I want you to be overwhelming favourites. That way I won't be too disappointed if we lose and happy to win.:D

I fear yet another Bruce-esque calamity whilst dreaming of a remarkable 1-3 away win!

If MON plays Sess on the wing with DG & Fletch in some formation somewhere on the pitch together and going for it I can see 10 points. Dropping 2 at QPR.

Before the transfer window i was confidently looking forward to this fixture, now i'm not. Pardew did a hell of a lot better in the market than MON and you are now starting to see the benefits, can't say the same for us.

Cest, just interested to know mate a couple of weeks back you were confident that QPR would pick up more points than any other team in the bottom 6, you still reckon Harry has them on course for this?

If I had to have a stab at how many points they'll finish the season with I'd go for 26-27.

I'd expect Sunderland to be safe before United go to the SoL.

Pardew did well? I don't think Pardew had the slightest input. :emoticon-0110-tongu

We will lose every game away and win one at home in the last 12 matches and just survive. Oh and Villa and the Mags will finish above us unless MON changes his stubbiness. And watch out when Norwich come here 9 games without a win now !. We will play rubbish then good then rubbish then good etc, etc. I reckon Benitez is the man if we do not get to 50 points.

Of the next 4 we should be good enough for 2 home wins and seeing as we are due a result against WBA 1 away win probably get a 0-0 thriller against QPR, so 10 points nothing more and definitely nothing less or we will be in the clarts.
Can also see us losing all 4 but, hopefully that was just a bad dream.

Terry, I did think they would rally better but I also said that they had a huge mountain to climb as well but they have just had too many draws (credible as they were) against relegation counterparts such as Wigan and Villa and also Spurs, Man City, W Ham, Norwich and ourselves of course. The defeats, or some anyway are counter balanced with wins v Fulham and especially Chelsea but they really had to win those 6 pointers v Villa and Wigan which would have taken them out of the bottom 3 as things stand.

BTW, as almost impossible as it seems, they ain't out of this yet. Out of their last games (where they have some really hard games) they still have to play Southampton, Villa, Fulham, Wigan and Reading which will be 6 pointers and both us and the mags who both don't travel to the city of London very well at times. I would never rule out Redknapp from this race until its mathematically impossible for them to survive.
