Nobody has come out and said why he was given another year, very strange. Carry on in the same way over the next few weeks, then someone else should be given Jan window to save us. Really have lost confidence in the manager. His Signings not playing, formations, substitutes all very concerning.
It is playing out in the same way as SC. He continued to do exactly the same thing week in and week out but expected a different result. Do yourself a favour Lee, play two up top and get some experienced championship midfielders on board. I think a lot of the trouble is the midfield dropping far too deep and giving teams plenty of time in the final third. Most of the mistakes are coming from poor decisions in the middle of the pitch. Lets set our stall out,say this is the way we will play and stick to it, dont change our shape every game to combat the opposition. Finally, get Walshy back to teach them how to shoot properly.
You're right, you're right and again you're right onefour onefour. Merry Christmas and a Merry Christmas.
1For, you haven't watched the last 2 games. I'm wondering if you're like another Junior/Clapper who watches from his bedroom window. Get down the gate my son and say what you see. ps - Don't knock me for having my fun, Strictly has finished. pps - See you at Molineux ?
Some of us have to work for a living RP not like you retired Waitrose shoppers!! I've not managed so many games this season, but I have a very reliable source of eyes reporting back to me, plus I do manage to stream a few, so I say what I see and hear!! I believe he will be given the time, hopefully he will turn it around and end up being a good young manager....and then we can hear from Red Robin "I told you he was good"!!
Sorry, but he wont (or certainly shouldn't) be given unlimited time if relegation becomes a real threat. Should we lose the next 3 which on current form seems a shoe in, and team below us pick up points we could be in a very precarious position come the first week of January.
I don't understand why it's so hard to comprehend. Yes he's doing the same week in week out, but that's because he has no choice due to the limitations of the squad. It's the trade-off which we've had to accept due to selling Kodjia. Some might say he should have prepared better, but that goes for the whole club and not just him.
So you are saying, we lose the next 3 games, he should be sacked? And bring in, "who" which will be so much better? We need a "common sense" thread which I will produce later if I get time, as getting fed up with the same drivel coming out!!
'Yes he's doing the same week in week out, but that's because he has no choice due to the limitations of the squad' Obviously, the TWELVE he signed a few months ago aren't enough. You're having a laugh. 'We need a "common sense" thread which I will produce'
You are aware that I'm referring to the strikers right? And that I also said, 'Some might say he should have prepared better'. But don't let that get in the way of your irrational anger and scaremongering
Lee had a premeditated plan when Tammy signed.. 1 striker up front ..Wilbs a nailed on sub and Engval given the odd bits of game time to ALLOW to fit in SHOULD Kodija move on then so be it ..as SC HE HAS NOT FALTERED in his quest to get some results to prove he is right when actually bing right is getting the results by admitting you are WRONG. Starting another thread on a similar line is not going to "end the drivel" as you put it... think Inver made the comment on what this and/or posts represent = every persons difference of opinion .yes some of it is openly repetitive but so is a lot of comments in a more subliminal way ....
Drivel or not, it's my opinion and I am entitled to it. If you don't agree with it and if it upsets your sense of well being then don't respond to it. Simples. What I'm saying is that if we carry on losing then by the end of January he'll have to go in my opinion. I'd also say that when (or if) that happens, we need to bring in someone with proven experience at this level. Not someone who has dabbled in L1 for a few months here and there. I like many others, also wonder what he has actually achieved to deserve a contract extension this soon into his tenure.
Yours was a comment and not the thread, so was not having a go at you! Doesn't upset me, just gets boring when the thread is about how much RP hates LJ because he was the son of GJ (like it's his fault!!) and not constructive to the club of Bristol City.
