Boss backs Andy to take chance http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/boss-backs-andy-to-take-chance Kenny Dalglish today insisted Andy Carroll is ready to seize whatever first team opportunities come his way over the hectic holiday period. 'Craig should be treated fairly' http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/craig-should-be-treated-fairly Kenny Dalglish has called on referees to be fair in their treatment of Liverpool striker Craig Bellamy.
Know what you mean B4F, I hope he comes good. I think he will but it may be in a couple of seasons time, the type of player that he is tends to get better in their mid 20's. I think he gets intimidated by CB's at the moment instead of the other way round.
I don't think he's got a couple of seasons though. I think he will be replaced by a genuine goalscorer by the end of the year if he doesn't get double figures this year. In fact I think we will buy anyway. He will just become an option.
The weird thing is that it was him intimidating CBs when he was playing for Newcastle. Probably what happens when you take a player out of his comfort zone and ask him to play in a team with a different style of play.
You both maybe right but I would be worried about selling him he may well be quality in years to come. I really don't know.
please log in to view this image Picture of Suarez and Carroll training. No wonder they're not scoring enough, Suarez is teaching him how to ice skate
I just don't get that comment? So you agree that you're a member but don't think I'm a good mod. Quite happy with that really as I also think that you are a member and don't care if you think I'm a good mod or not.
Now now Luv! After all this is the season of love, joy and peace to ALL men - but then perhaps you're right
