    Just received a text from my brother who says he's been told by a friend who works for the club that employees have been informed and there will be a press release at 11am to confirm that Bruce has been sacked.

    I truly hope this is true!!!

    Similar stories were doing the rounds last night but all north-east reporters we're denying they'd heard anything.

    I hope they're true though, be gutted if they're not!

    Moose off Talk Sport is tweeting Bruce will go today.
    He's usually fairly in the know. We'll see soon I suppose.

    Twitter is going nuts with people saying Bruce has gone.
    I've got to say with the club saying now't in Bruce's defense, it could just be true.

    You would think they could have said something in the last two days.
    They have to back him or sack him today. This silence ain't fair on anyone. Especially Bruce.
