Six weeks left for pitys sake, i think we will get another striker in before the close and wouldnt be surprised at a few last minute gems from carr. keep the faith.

and as others have poited out, Ben Arfais more than capable anywhere up field, and with our riches in midfield he will probably be used as an off the striker player.
 
Ben Arfa is apparently essential to have in the team, which seems kinda short sighted considering his current injury record. I'm not saying he's a permacrock but to put so much pressure on a player who's going to be fragile and wary of challenges for at least the first half of the season seems a bit daft.

We need comparable cover, only issue is we picked Ben Arfa up at an amazing price and we'll end up paying over the odds for a comparable player. Never going to happen and there are other areas which are unfortunately more in need right now.

Probably not even English. The Mackem quite clearly lives off benefits just like most of that area
what makes you think i live off benefits like you ****ing ******, but you are correct there is a lot of people unemployed in sunderland, as there is in a lot of places in england, including newcastle
