Doesn't say much for us that we allowed them to be snatch a draw when we were 2-0 up, & we lost 3-0 to a clown like Carver.

Several Newcastle fans I talk to are saying that they hope they go down. Shake Ashley up. Fresh start. That kind of nonsense. They don't mean it of course. The team is poor, the attitude of some players is shocking and Carver couldn't manage a chip supper. They won't go down however as that would necessitate us, Villa, Leicester and Sunderland all getting past them and I just can't see that happening. Even if they lose all their remaining fixtures. Which they probably won't.
Would rather sunderland go down, were it not for newcastle twice a year pulling their pants down for Sunderland to pump them and take the easiest of 6 points tbeydve gone years ago
Fair point. I think Sunderland will get done soon enough. They are doing what Wigan did and they eventually went down.
