I thought I'd make an early thread for this one given the importance on many levels.
With PDC now in place they will be up for this big time, although doubts from their own fanbase about their squad quality persist.
I can see a blood and thunder 3-3 for this one, I really can.
Let's hope our injuries clear and and we put out a strong enough team to do the job.

    What do you think?

What formation do you think Pards will play?

To the Mackems... are you confident?.... are you going?

My team... I'd set it up like this (assuming injuries pan out how I think)...

    Eliot (or Krul if fit)

    Debuchy
    Colo
    Saylor
    Santon

    Cabaye
    Tiote
    Sissoko
    Marv

    Gouff
    Cisse

I'd play Sissoko in an advanced role and get Gouff playing deeper too to help with link up play.
Of course... this far out it depends on injuries.

I'd have Shola and Raylor as my first choice subs as well, bringing them on at around the 65 minute mark if things are not going our way.

No Colo for me. Saylor has been fantastic and Mbiwa has looked really promising.

    ----------Cisse-----------

    Gouff----Sissoko-----Jonas

    ----Cabaye---Tiote------

    Santon--Mbiwa--Saylor--Debuchy

    -----------Krul-------------

    I'd play this:

    --------Cisse-Shola------

    ---Gouff--Sissoko--Cabaye -

    -----------Tiote------

    Santon--Mbiwa--Saylor--Debuchy

    -----------Krul-------------

We have to start the Mackem Slayer surely?

    -------Cabaye------------------
    ---------------Sissoko----------
