    My friend who is a solicitor in the same building as MA lawyer in Newcastle has had this to say to me today...

    When he asked MA lawyer what is going on at NUFC, the lawyer said to remain patient and 'we will see big things' in a positive way.

    MA lawyer also said NUFC have approached bayern munich with a Player (Enrique) + cash deal for mario gomez.

    Might be a load of bull but thought I'd mention it <ok>

    If you see myt previous 2 threads I...
    a)predicted carrolls departure before SSN and at the same prices
    b)Nolans departure

    That would be a good deal, but can't see Gomez wanting to play for only 50k a week.

    But yeah, can't see Gomez coming here.

    I would take this over any other rumoured enrique deal, purely because he wont be in the Premier League to haunt us! They might also break the wage cap considering the were reportedly prepared too for enrique?

    Would much rather him go to a team like Bayern than the bloody scousers, that's for sure!

    It would be good because i wou;dn't hate Enrique for going to a top club like Bayern Munich, and Gomez is a quality striker, but again i can't see him wanting to come here, especially because of the wage cap.

    Trying to be an idealist, if Jose and Nolan left that frees up approx £100,000 per week in wages. That would pay Gomez. Very very unlikely though.
