It's not, though. If we're relegated, it is what it is. If we end up in Conference North, it is what it is. The need to be in Sky's spotlight defeats the purpose of football; it's what brought Ashley to the club. If we stay up, that's fine, I'm not hoping for relegation, but there will come a point when it (football, supporting the club) has no meaning.

 

What would be the best for this club and the best for British football in general would be for Sky to take their diseased Americanised product and infest some other poor sod's country.

They ****ed up Italian football, they ****ed up Spanish football and now they're right royally ****ing over football here.

Apologies for the language. I am just sick to the back teeth of the soul of my game being having sold to the man in the shadows with the hint of the stench of brimstone about him.

Instead of being excited to watch my team play, I feel like I'm a kid again & need to do my homework on the sunday afternoon.

Absolutely dreading having to sit down & watch 'our club' attempt football.
