Here's mine:- °Keep loving my boys as much as I do (Obviously). °Don't let SAFC get me down. °Take mysely physically and mentally to another level. *Get better at Jiu jujitsu
Can't believe I didn't already mention it already. Sort my anger management out before it destroys my life!
The second one is f*cking impossible. My anger management would be controlled if it wasn't for SAFC. I would like to think I could be a nicer and kinder person towards the less fortunate than myself. But having said that how much more unfortunate can you be when bloody SAFC is in your heart..
My anger management revolves round getting pished off with most of the human race, and my team being ****e makes it worse. I need to get a grip this year!
And mine: Don't get seasick. (Working away jan/feb, as usual, extreme risk of this one failing) Don't let SAFC get me down <cough> Don't knowingly watch a mag goal (managed this for over 20 years) Develop much butter typing skulls
Your a top bloke mate, sorry to hear 2015 wasn't the best. Have a great 2016, and hope to meet you and the son for a pint again at some point !
I lost nearly 2 stone in weight over the last 10 months; I now weigh just over 16 stone. This was purely down to exercise and in particular bike riding. Yesterday I hit my goal of cycling 50 miles (actually done 52 miles) which took me 3 and half hours. That would have been unthinkable this time last year. I aim to lose more weight and stay that little bit more healthier.
I'm resolving to be a little nicer to everyone. I've also decided to do more practical charity work and help people who are unable to cope with this world. I'm increasing my exercise programme and definitely doing more long distance walks. I'll be going to various places, in the British Isles, that I've not yet seen ....... it's a fabulous part of the world. I'll be visiting various sites to do with my family dating back to the Reivers. Edit: Wow these sound really boring ....... OK, I'll wrestle a bear in the Yukon wearing a bowler hat (Oops, just reread that and wanted to make it clear I'll be wearing the bowler hat .............. not the bear.) (Shyte, just reread that last bit and, to be absolutely clear, I never meant I'd be wearing the bear.)
Come out of therapy as a Sunderland fan......as we qualify for the Champions League this season.....well it's that sort of season isn't it....lol
