    Mine,starting from tomorrow i.e first day back at work:

    Lose weight ...silence in then back !

    Get fitter

    Drink less

    Spend less time on phone

    Spend less time on social media

    It's a tough yin...took me 5 attempts

    Best was total cold turkey ...had to stay in and not drink for two weekends in a row tho ...that's the biggest hurdle

    Last snout was 8 year ago ....had a draw of one about 3 years ago , gave me the boak

    Losing weight should be changed to losing fat.

    after a heavy weekend on the beer and carbs I can lose half a stone in body weight after a 24 hour fast on the Monday. All water weight. Your body stores water when you eat badly and drink beer.
