2024 comes to an end and it turned out to be a relatively good year far better than 2023 but now after losing our long unbeaten run we go again with four games at Adams Park in ten days and first up are the Grecians who are sitting mid table on 31 points. Matty will shuffle the pack again as he looks to get maximum points to start the new year Scowen should start. I will be at AP for this one weather willing and hopefully a good game but more importantly 3 points in the bag
Bolton fans will have to wait a few more days for Aaron Morley, however, with the club confirming that recall rules mean the paperwork to bring him back from Wycombe can only be submitted at the start of the window. Ian Evatt confirmed: “Aaron will be coming back but we have to wait until January 1 to call him back so he won’t be available for tomorrow. He will be available for Saturday at Exeter City.” Coincidentally, Morley will be able to play a final game for Wycombe against Exeter on New Year’s Day before re-joining his Bolton team-mates. Wycombe’s offer to take him back on loan with an up-front payment of more than £100,000 has been turned down, with Bolton indicating they are only considering a permanent move at this point.
How long his is contract at Bolton or put it another way why did they let him out on loan in the first place
I can't see what Bolton are going to do with Morley when he goes back, he has now put us 16pts clear of the club he is going back to
****ing hell. A 94th minute winner from the spot. What a decision to get Morley to take it and what a hero putting it away with his last kick for Wycombe
I'm Wondering if there's a more significant reason to give him the chance to take the penalty,he is loved by Wycombe fans and we would all be ecstatic if we signed him on a permanent deal with a long contract.
