Canny play the video, but from the front image I can see a basturt durty IRA terrorist wearing a knitted balaclava with sunglasses on underneath it. He also has his nose in the mouth hole of said balaclava. I expect his mittens are attached via a string over his back and under his jumper. These men should be feared, and feared real good.
