There have been many rumours linking us to a number different players for the summer.
I think we all agree that a new striker is definately needed up front.
So many ideas have been expressed on the forum, so I've decided to make a thread to sum them all up.
Feel free to name who you would like to see starting up front for us next season and why. Maybe post a couple of their goals in video :D
Keep in mind we have 35 million to spend and not 100 :P (Messi, Villa, Eto'o...we can dream haha)

The Sunday Sun says we're lining up an £8m move for Gervinho.

i would love tottenhams pablo, the guy in the paper is mutual dismissed and does not know the prem

Pablo + Ranger,

KEEP THE FAITH IN RANGER
he is a gangsta and will pop a few balls in the net :)

^ Awesome.

YES PLEASE...

Add Ronald Vargas in there...

4231 formation :

Harper
Simpson Saylor/NEW CB Colo Enrique
Tiote Barton
Vargas Nolan Guti
Pav

Not bad eh???

Mike Ashely giving Pardew all the money from the Carroll transfer.... its like a script from Fantasy Island

In reality we will probably end up with Bothroyd, Puncheon or Dudley 'DJ' Campbell

Sorry lads.. forgot about him.. erh such a bad mistake!

Barton Tiote
Vargas Nolan Ben Arfa
Pav

Subs: Krul, Kadar, Willo, Guti, Gervinho, ???, Ranger.

i want Best to be given a chance. He's probably not good enough to pull us into Europe but if survival/respectable mid table finish is what we're after i think he's capable

He has potential.. that's all I'll say.

Two good feet, very good work-rate, decent pace and has a great attitude and mentality.. he isn't the most skillful or tactical aware but he's a good honest lad, not going to be the next Torres or Drogba though...
