On the basis of that progress, the roof will be done and that has to be the one issue of concern. The Mail are taking a contingency plan and making the rest up.

Just to underline that The Mail have ****ed up again....

They've almost certainly just nicked the football.london story but given the TfL adverts for London's only CL football at the new stadium currently running, there's no prospect that we're playing at Wembley next season unless there's a catastrophic failure with the roof.

I'm sure the Mail hacks will love it when handing over their press credentials sees them led into Room 101

The Standard's reporting that we'll be hosting an open training session in front of a reduced capacity of 30,000 sometime in August...which we sort of have to, as that's one of the tests to obtain a safety certificate. No word on when the second test, which would require the stadium to be at full capacity, will be scheduled - so let's just get comments about Bale's unveiling out of the way now...

The article was insinuating that the ground would not be ready for the new season and then used an on-schedule first session as evidence!!
****wits!! <laugh>
