A view from this morning. Lots of things happening...

The roof seems to be starting to speed up and more specialist workers are being recruited. A fair amount of work on it is happening at night and there doesn't seem to be any reason why they couldn't have 3 or 4 teams working at once, each on a different stand, if needs be.

The rails for the pitch trays are going in very speedily. All of the pitch trays are under the South Stand and based upon works so far, I would expect the surface to be laid down on the West side fairly soon.

The tick-a-tape screens are going in very fast, especially on the East side.

Lots of outers containing seats on the West side.

There's an 'ITK' on SSC who says that they would be testing the pitch trays over the weekend. He's confirmed as having some very good links to the club. They've been cementing the rails in as a matter of some urgency since he said it and the bowl of the stadium looks as empty as I've ever seen it, so.........

There's some serious manpower going right now, focusing on the pitch rails especially.
Also plenty of roof panels have gone in this week.
