Now that MAF has gone, we'll need a new song. Lynyrd Skynyrd come from Jacksonville, so could this be the new song ? (adapted of course to "Sweet Home The Cottage")
Good fun this. I had a quick look and there a few other possible contenders: Ray Charles - had loads of hits - just as long as we don't pick Busted. Although "Rainy Night in Fulham" could have a certain ring to it. Pat Boone - certainly one for the more mature fan - avoid "Ain't That A Shame", although could be sung ironically at departing away fans after we have beaten them. Also did "Speedy Gonzales", which might be good for any speed merchants we have down the wings. Scott Mckenzie - we could have a "Wear A Flower In Your Hair" Day at the cottage, I guess. Rick Dees - him of the one and only "Disco Duck". Perhaps we should draw a discreet veil over him. Fred Durst - the Limp Bizkit chappie. Not sure what they've done but bound to be something the Hammy end could bang its head and thrash away to.
