Hi anyone else having difficulty trying to renew, i know its all over the website but its really frustrating. I have spoken to Kay McGinty and emailed her and left answer machine messages for her and now i have used the help email, but still nothing!! I have been allocated 3 different supporter ID's for me and my wife over the last couple of weeks, but NONE of them work!!!!!!!!!!!! just thought it would help my frustration by venting it here.......................
Hi when you are on the page for ordering your sts click on your name in the top right hand corner and it will show your reserved seats which you can book.
From the debacle with the ticket reading equipment, to Wembley and renewing season tickets, it has been a farce. It only goes to re-emphasise my opinion that there is absolutely no culture in Bristol Sport which see supporters as customers. We are simply mugs to be separated from our money. What choice do we have, support the Rovers instead
