Details of season ticket renewals have just been announced by NUFC today. Some details include a 10 year fixed price rate however you can still opt out of the at the end of every year. Also the family area has been extended by a further 1,500 into the Leazes Corner meaning some fans in that area will loose their seats, they will however recieve priority over reloctaion. Oh and prices for adults going up by £15.

If you got a ten year season ticket and the price went down after a few years, would you still have to pay next years price?

Was just checking the club website for that yesterday, they must have just put it up. Can't grumble at £15, I thought it might have been more.

I don't know doesn't seem to mention that, says you have an opt out clause at the end of each season so surely it would make sense allow the 10 year holder to pay a reduced price aswel.

You'd get less than ten years in jail if you topped him that sounds like a better idea.

He's clearly trying to get people signed up, so the club looks like a more attractive proposition when selling by being able to say we've got a guaranteed 10 or 20 thousand season ticket sales coming in for the next ten years, but unless you have the right to cancel at the end of every season you'd have to be barmy to do it.

We've already gone down once with him in charge and his reputation of taking risks and them ultimately backfiring is well documented, so I wouldn't fancy sitting in the Championship knowing full well I've paid through the nose for a ten year ticket and we've gone down because he's sold off all the best players.

He's had more than nine lives in charge at Newcastle and he's proved he can't be trusted on several occasions. This is his Keegan brainwave repeating again. Get a fan favourite in charge get fans locked into a three year season ticket and if Keegan is undermined and buggers off who cares you've still got that cash coming in!!

He'd really lap it up having 10 year ST's selling like hot cakes and then doing a runner.

    Not for me I'm afraid.
