cheeky but the reaction of everyone is a bit ott.... if the keeper had of kept his eye on what was going on he'd have easily saved it and made him look stupid.

Daft, but I can't see that he's broken any rules. How often is a trick like that going to work anyway?
And it was only a friendly.
What I thought was funny was the blurb underneath; "there are many ways in which he can be punished.." and " he is very upset and worried"

Maybe "there are many ways in which he can be punished" amounts to the amputation of his shooting foot in Saudi...? ;o) GKRK.

The goalkeeper could have saved it if he kept his eye on the ball.

That is the best penalty ever.

The reaction by the authorities is daft and over the top.

What did they book him for? He didn't break his run up. That Penalty is perfectly legal and should have counted. If I were his manager i'd have praised him for using his initiative. It was a friendly and the final score was 6-2. It's not as though it were sudden death pens in the final of the champions league

Can't help but think that is exactly what Cristiano Ronaldo would do.

Doesn't deserve to be disciplined though.

Worst penalty ever and any real keeper would have saved it, what was the keeper doing, he moved forward and was on his heels both a no no when facing a penalty.

Any u16 keeper worth his salt would have easiily kept that out.
