Not bad, although it could still be so much better. I ran a trial through to buy tickets for the Reading match and it wouldn't let me select three tickets without a ton of clicking and a lot of swearing. It's getting better, but it's still nowhere near as good as it would be if Bristol City were to let an agency in the city build their website.
