An interesting insight into the workings of City's Academy in an interview by guest writer Lee Molland with youth coach Trevor Challis (yes, that one!): http://exiledrobin.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/bristol-city-academy-interview-with.html Also a reminder of a great piece of analysis done on City's season, as posted last night: http://exiledrobin.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/lies-damned-lies-and-statistics-bristol.html Welcome all comments as per usual
It seems that money talks even in youth football - I found the 4 Levels answer very interesting Obviously a Level 1 Acadamy has an advantage as it can recruit nationwide whereas a Level 2 like us is restricted to 1.5 hours drive. To be a Level 1 costs big money (not that Level 2 is cheap!)
