The rep & awards stuff was large part of the database. When we had increased activity we were experiencing a lot of issues. Therefore, that section was switched off temporarily whilst issues were resolved. We may eventually see a return but I personally wouldn't bother if it takes that much effort to run.

Yeah ... its beta version at the minute but mick is planning on changing the forum software from vbulletin to some other software.
I saw that one..... Mick is just working on a version of the site on an alternative forum platform to improve performance For the record

The new site as been available for mods to view for since 19 Oct so I may have had a bit of a play Mods of other boards have started posted the link on their boards for others to pass comment too. However, only medium or large concerns are going to be dealt with prior to launch. Appearance comes under small issues:
Can someone update the powers that be and let them know that people can't have commas in their name (like me) - it makes sending PMs impossible.
OK... I've removed the comma from my name. For some reason I had an inexplicable desire to change my name to "Mummy" - thought it could make for some amusing interactions when people talk to me...
