For the visitors to this site who have commented on the election of the new mods for your information I will list the timeline so you at least have all the facts before you comment on it. A new thread was posted asking if anyone was interested in being a mod as our other mod no longer posted on here, and if they were to send me PM ! After two days nobody had responded apart from someone who nobody knew. Because of the amount of trolls who have been on here recently I needed somebody who could pop on here during the day as when I am at work I don't always get the time to check on here. That ruled out GreenArmyJoe and Lyndhurstgreen as they both work, and Joe has enough on his plate with his young son. That left Plymborn and Sensible who have the luxury of being retired so I contacted them both to explain the situation and both kindly agreed to become mods. Who are these visitors Plymjools and more to the point if they are only that and nothing to do with membership of this site then WTF has it got to do with any of them in the first place? I don't see any of the actual members objecting. I had no wish to be a Mod particularly as most on here would know but would rather step up than the place running into decay for the lack of it as I'm sure Plymborn would agree.
You have absolutely nothing to be indebted for Mrs jools. These annonymous jerks really do get on my wick. If they don't like something on here then don't visit. Rocket science it certainly aint.
In all honesty i thank you both (all 3) . I am v busy workwise and although I pop up on here quite regularly there is no way I could commit to anything more than posting a few comments and am sure ditto applies to Joe. Any one who doesn't like the MOD arrangements can bugger off!

Bleddy ell lyndhurst that's twice this week we've agreed on something....... Apart from the odd idiot and notdistant there isn't exactly much to shout about on here is there. Mind you we have hundreds more participants than the Exeter site (and most are slightly more intelligent).
Lyndhurst i struggle to do the predictions,, but will as i enjoy the banter and there is only a few of us ... any more and would not manage it
