New mod vote

Okay, so we have three candidates:

- Enricky
- moreinjuredthanowen
- InBiscanWeTrust

Voting rules:

- only votes from Liverpool posters will count (I must know who the poster is)
- anyone voted in is subject to Liverpool mod & supermod agreement
- only one winner

In the event of a tie, existing Liverpool mods will make a decision between the tied runners.

The poll will end in exactly 24hrs...get voting.
