I love(d) Staropramen, but got a rotten pint of it in Mansion House on Saturday. Could have put me off it.

As for wine, Crux sauvignon blanc is the way to go. Not had it in a while though, working my way through champagne at the moment. Got about 10 bottles of the stuff to go.

 

I hate Champagne

 

It's not my favourite, but when you're given about 20 bottles of the stuff you learn to grit your teeth and battle through.

 

Best lager money can buy.

Without a doubt. Someone gave us a ****ey bottle and it was like drinking fizzy piss (still finished it though )

The sisters in the missus' work gave us a bottle that cost about £70 and it hit the spot.

The last time I had champagne I mixed it with red bull to kill the taste.

Or at least I think I did that.

I can't remember.

Woke up the next morning feeling like I'd been molested.

 

Went to Norfolk last week, a lot of the pubs sell Adnams, their Ghost Ship and Explorer are light refreshing ales, very nice.

As for wines: I mostly buy Sauvignon Blanc and of the more popular brands, Yellow Tail and Barefoot are quite good. The Reach is very good.

 

Yellow Tail and Wolfblass are the only Aussie wines I'll drink. The rest are ****. Particulalry Blossom Hill, they've got a ****in cheek charging anything over £2 for that piss.

PS. Lager is for ****s and *****s.

 

Fuddy likes her fizzy wines. Her current favourite being the Yellow Tail (again) - on offer in Asda at the moment for £7.
