Gone for yellow and black stripes this season which is new.

Very nice, might have to get it.

 

Very Happy with it, love the hornet motiff on back of the neck, nice touch. Looking forward to stinging a few of the big boys in our real "hornet" kit next season

 

I like it. A lot.

 

I wonder if we will be using the Hornet symbol to expand our global image.

 

Have we ever played in stripes like this before? I know we've had one or two judiciously placed before on previous kits, but a shirtful? It's more suited to be a West Bromwich away kit, I think. Not so keen. That said, I'll buy it for Matej and Seb. Some nice tie and cufflinks sets new in the shop though. My array of WFC ties is quite big now, one of which is older than many of my colleagues.

 

You youngsters! Of course we've played in stripes before. We played in black and white stripes until 1923, and Frenchie will remember the yellow and red, and the yellow red and green stripes. I preferred the yellow red and green hoops that followed, but the replica shirts would make too many of our supporters look fat.

Now just the away one, which I hope isn't like the home and black and red. I really think that'd be bad.

Now we look like proper hornets, just need a sting in our tail next season.

 

Has anyone seen the new away kit(s)? I've looked but with no success.

 

I have been a fan for over 50 years .I could have been ok with black pin stripes but my blood runs YELLOW .Almost every day im looking for news about my love .Sorry to say the shirt is not Watford its QPR or Reading away kit .If we get to a cup final i could see the great man looking down looking for the sea of yellow and just see a haze .I know im getting old as this has made my eyes with water in them

 

I think the new home shirt looks the best since the Diadora play off season... long time since. Yet to feel the quality though...

 

I know now its a faded Hull City shirt they did play in stripes .The only saving grace is the logl on the back Class . i have 12 shirts they are yellow unless the family buys one for me i will not buy it

 

I agree about tradition. The only thing I would say is if they are going to change it then at least make sure it looks good - I think it does but I don't think I would buy it.
