I still reckon Francis will be unloaded before the transfer windows closes and that we will bring in a new right back. Also think we will bring in another central defender, but don't think it will be the German lad Niklas Andersen who has been on trial with us for a few weeks. Views ?
I agree that Francis will go, I will assume probably a loanee RB (Adam Smith probably). Another striker is a dead cert, probably Rasiak, Euell or Schlupp. You may be right about another centre-back, but I am hoping Mambo will make the step up to fourth choice. Whatever happened about Doherty having his contract terminated? (DVDDD I'm looking at you )

i read that 2 clubs birmingham and i think norwich where looking at docherty im sure i read 400k it was in those gossip colums in the star or sun cant rem which one though!i take 400k and run quickly

Doherty was appauling, one or two decent performances last season but too many shambolic ones, we would need to bring someone else in though.

I agree with last season, but I wonder whether he would perform better with better support next to him, especially younger. He played with the likes of Nelson at Norwich who could really support him, where as last season it was Dailly getting beyond it, a half crocked Fortune and an admirable Big Mig. I would prefer someone else, but I'm not sure he can't be an asset as a backup

I've asked my millwall mates a few times and the response is the same "we're not after benson" thought that rumor was ended months ago. Burnley have said there not after waggy too
