Le Bris...looking from the outside in seems...an uninspiring yes man, who will do what he is told and work in the model with the current SAFC set up.

He will have my full backing...however of it goes wrong my feelings to the Board and Speakman will be off the scale.

Because the project has derailed over the last 12/18 months.

The sort of appointment I was fully expecting.

Might be reactionary of me but the whole appointment just seems to be about him showing that he's managed to get high transfer fees out of players he's developed. Its what attracted KLD to Speakman and Speakman to Dodds.

We clearly place very high value on coaches that have developed players and got high transfer fees for them.

Arguably we place more value on that than results.

With all due respect, this is a good thing.

You have to have buy in from everyone for this type of model to work. We can't have another situation where Mowbray was openly complaining in the media for 3 months before his sacking.

This includes Speakman though, he talks about the model so much I just hope for once he actually implements it properly instead of the half arsed approach of recent times.

This yes-man **** is embarrassing no one takes a job who is a no man. "Oh aye I'll take the job but I'm gonna say no to your every request"

The SAFC model will not get us promoted. Its a shop window to develop prospects.
