Same way you couldn't blame Maric if we did end up going back in for him.

I'm sceptical about the whole we about to appoint Maric until Still became available thing. Sounds like forum talk to me.

If it is true though, yeah, I can't imagine why he would step back in.

I’m from Durham, live in Washington and my last game was the 1-0 defeat to Millwall. I have a season ticket and have done since I was 14.

My first post wasn’t moaning, it was simply saying that some of the posts I’d read seemed a bit unrealistic. Since then I’ve only answered your questions really and you’ve came off a tad argumentative. You said earlier you’d been on the drink so it may be down to that.

I thought debate and conversation was what online forums were for.

All the best to you too.
I wouldn't explain yourself to him mate, all he wants to do is dictate what everyone says on here and wants to sound vital. He said Still had the job . Absolutely full of it!

I can't get on board with the cosmological stuff (or any of it). There used to be a theory that Iron Age roundhouses were constructed on cosmological lines. Then everyone realised that the doors were positioned to avoid the prevailing wind and that people sat in the doorways to work because that's where there was most light.

I didn't even commit any of what he said in those 15 minutes to memory.

I just remember him being overly enthusiastic about something that sounded like the rejected plot of a cancelled Indiana Jones film.

It's a weird one, managed for two seasons.

22/23 he finished 10th which was quite good for lorient and being linked with the leeds job

then in 23/24 he was relegated.

Some say the board ruined his squad last season but I don't know much about that. He was raved about over there for a long time during 2023
Had a quick look and he lost some key players over the last 3 windows.

Outtara to Bournemouth - Jan 23
Le Fee to Rennes - Summer 23
Faivre to Bournemouth - Jan 24

Going from the futmob match ratings they all appear to be their highest rated players at the time of being sold. Their top scorer from the 22/23 was also sold last summer although he played more from the bench than he did as a starter.

But surely there is a lot of other evidence about cosmological alignment in ancient building layouts? Or am I misunderstanding. Seems to me like a lot of good evidence around solar and lunar alignment exists, which wouldnt be too hard to understand why.

Here is how I see today going...

We get a video on the the clubs official website. It's Chris Rigg wearing the new home kit for next season. He walks over to a table, sits down and signs his contract. He then shakes the hand of the man opposite him and when the camera pans up, it's not Speakman, it's Marti Cifuentes! <party>
Pass the tissues for that mind!!!

Not on board with Le Bris. Don't care about the relegation or the 10th place finish, just don't think he fits at all.

Low possession, low block, overperforming xG, favours 5 at the back, low chance creation numbers, low touches in the opposition box.

We have a young side with attacking flair, not older heads who can play solid, defensive football.

I'm sure his style in 22/23 was baiting the press and then making quick attacks similar to that goal we scored at reading. Mowbray did that often

Was something on twitter about it, but can't find where I read it now.

Like I say though, only a rumour, don't think there's anything concrete backing it up, so hopefully not true if Le Bris is our next head coach.

Enjoying this conversation but this is possibly the most off topic direction this thread has went yet:emoticon-0140-rofl:
