I like the way his teams play football, high tempo, attacking football but he seems pretty good at changing things in game

Their squad was nowhere near as talented as ours their squad was a load of ****e bar willock and chair. Trained to play Gareth ainsworth football and he changed it and saved them

His Hammarby squad however was probably younger than ours. His time there is why I want him here, not particularly bothered by the QPR job as, like you say, the two squads couldn't be more different.
