Only about a month of my life I wont get back.Have I missed anything?
June 24th is the nigh on the end of june also surely you'd want the head coach to you know plan pre-season before it starts?Says who?

I originally said 1st July, I'd be happy with that.
Absolutely. New manager should be there the first day the players arrive back. No question about it.That's probably a bit too late tbf like, players will have been back before then
You can't appoint a head coach and his first day be on the pitch really. They need time to plan, have discsiions with players/DoF's about transfers etc. The whole point of waiting to appoint someone until now was to give them a full re-seasonSays who?

What work, and how long does each bit of work take? What bits can only be done by a new Head Coach and not existing staff?Possibly 18 days. Plenty of work needs to be done by then and 18 days isn't enough time to do it properly.
Not ideal I agree, but what's the point of all our fans getting themselves worked up... its out of our control...You can't appoint a head coach and his first day be on the pitch really. Don't start him off again man marraWhat work, and how long does each bit of work take? What bits can only be done by a new Head Coach and not existing staff?
Explain for 20 marks
It's the planning for training sessions that is the most important. The coach needs to be able to get their ideas and instructions across to the squad and then possibly more importantly is the individual development plans that need to be formed. They can't do that if they haven't been able to analyse last seasons games properly which takes time. What work, and how long does each bit of work take? Shame when people don't like the truth isn't it.Don't start him off again man marra
Beale.Well, they made an appointment they are presumably happy with....maybe our standards are a little bit higher.
I am, I said 2/3 weeks at the latet, 1st July is just too late, but agree we don't need to panic, yet...Not ideal I agree, but what's the point of all our fans getting themselves worked up... its out of our control...

Your version of the truth. Your unsupported supposition attempting to create alarm that doesn't exist.Shame when people don't like the truth isn't it.
