I might be over analysing but the language is pretty interesting, Sunderland WILL not appoint Wicky. That to me says he knows they won’t because he knows who will be appointed.

Crikey. So reading between the lines of all the media reports and denials etc... Still clearly is "still" in the frame (otherwise Romano would be denying him the same way he did Wicky).
But I don't think it's "done" by any stretch.
I know he gets fury from many on here but I actually think Fishpaste has been pretty on the money for us in the last 18 months or so.

Just what I was thinking something must be pretty close. Or at a very delicate stage.
Was complaining about them not doing this so only fair I praise them for doing it. Wish they would do it more because look how easily the narrative was controlled.
Like an episode of wacky races this now. Some bugger will come along and cross the line soon. Hopefully anyway.
