Both have impressive coaching upbringings, so I would be happy with either.

To be honest, I'm relaxed about the whole thing, because I'm convinced that KS and KLD will get the next head coach appointment right.

They really can't afford not to.

I think Dodds fancies Jobe as a 9 mate. I do too. That said, I would bring in another pure 9, someone like Hardie, and let one learn from the other. When Jobe played against Leeds it was elite level. That would be my target for him next season and beyond.

Turned down Ajax which you don't do unless you are expecting a big job. Not sure where he could end up though, doesn't seem to be on Liverpools shortlist so Man Utd maybe? Unless he's waiting to see what happens with England this summer?

I would be surprised if he isnt England coach mate. No inside info, but some chatter. England want Southgate to stay or another English coach of reputation. Man Utd may well have Southgate top of a list as well. Southgate has a brilliant reputation inside the game, although England fans are torn. He is elite in my opinion and I see him at the top of European coaching once he leaves England. A Man Utd much better suited to Southgate than Tuchel or Conte. Zidane is no sort of fit imo. Poch would have been good but that ship has sailed. Southgate in a good place.

Tend to agree. I am not all in on him, but he doesnt strike me as someone who would throw in the towel. But my opinion is from a big distance. I have tried to find a coach contact who has some inside info, but none do.

Definitely seems his best role, some of his runs are excellent if we can get him making them consistently and add to his all round game he could be a star there, plenty to work with when it comes to Jobe

I'm a Southgate fan personally. Best and most competitive England sides in my lifetime with a seemingly great camaraderie within the camps unlike times gone by.

I only really have the 1 contact in French football and hes a huge fan of his

I like him, not as much as some but def feel he has something about him

Rohl is still my 1st choice, i just have a great feeling about him n us - think he could do great things
