Manchester United are one of the biggest clubs in the entire world.

They have the most highly paid lawyers, advisers, football staff, etc.

Their choices of managers, to replace Ferguson a decade ago, have been much worse than ours, pro rata.
I don't have a problem with people being annoyed at this season, there have been enough mistakes made for us all to have a good moan.
The bit I can't get my head around is people thinking Dodds and Proctor are the clubs choice. They aren't, they are the most senior coaches at the club and from where I'm sitting they are pretty good at it.
Are they very good in the positions they are in at the minute, I think most of us probably agree that they aren't.
I know it's the clubs fault we are in this position, however right now what do people think the answer is, employ some one because they are available now, that's what we did with Beale.
I originally replied to a poster claiming no other championship team would take Dodds and Proctor as head coach and assistant. Thing is neither would we, its a temporary fix to get us to the end of the season.
I'd rather we were **** for the run in and make sure we get the next appointment spot on

Alexander Blessin.
From the RB Academy, which KS has said in the past he admires and wants us to play aggressive football.
Took oostende from relagtion faves to Europe contenders.
Went to genoa and got sacked after a year.
Back to Belgium with Union has them top of the league.
Likes to geggenpress and play youth.
Still relatively young for a manager at 50.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was this was the lad from Belgium

Mark Venus is a well respected coach who knows Mowbray better than anyone.

He went to Birmingham, with Mowbray, and stood in as caretaker manager.

He was absolutely useless, by his own admission, so they've had to drag in Rowett to try to avoid relegation.

Not only Sunderland have these issues despite what some keep claiming.

True that.

There is never a right one when the season is effectively over in January with half of the season to play. They have totally collapsed this season due to poor judgement.

All the current negativity is what the clubs hierarchy have created - absolutely self inflicted and entirely predictable from their actions and bizarre out of touch decisions following TM leaving the job imo.

Makes the likes of Speakmans, Davison, the limited coaches look very much out of their depth. Think the owner needs to act to turn it around and bring some higher calibre personnel into some senior positions in the club this May/June.

Aye. Some of them are on the thinest of ice. Can not be blitzing half a season into the abyss and assume it's all ok.

I'm just asking where you're all from because it's relevant.

The fact you refuse to say makes you look defensive and suspicious imo.

The majority of people, on here, happily say where they're from and many include it in their username.

I'm from Leadgate, moved to Mansfield with the pits and now live in Fife ...

... no big deal and no need for any mystery.

Seriously underrated and brilliant group.

I had the privilege of seeing them at Rock City when they were at their height.

Peter Murphy was sensational that night and, in eleven years working there, was easily in my top ten.
