I dont see a back CB pairing of Davies and Dawson working too well. I would expect to see one and them and Chester in a back 4.
Err no. Chesters been our best defender so far this season. He shouldn't be discarded just because Dawson is a bigger name. He hasn't earnt anything yet.
Player. We won't have to worry about Ramirez for awhile yet, he's nowhere near fit I don't think. Not sure about Ben Affrey but I'll bet Pardews kept him out of shape.

That would leave Jakupovic, McShane, Bruce, Meyler, Quinn, Figueroa and Maguire not even in the squad. Although we won't see the likes of Ben Arfa, Ramirez and Hernandez in the Starting XI right from the off and the squad will alter from week to week, I think we'll see 2 or 3 outgoing loans.
He's a great player but Chester has cost us points over his time here. Anyway cant wait to see how this squad gels could be the most exciting attacking team we've seen.
