Personally I would like to see a 4-1-2-1-2 or the "Diamond 4-4-2" formation, mine would consist of: Mannone Rosenior Chester Hobbs (c) Dudgeon McKenna Brady Stewart Koren McLean Fryatt
McKenna can't last 90 mins in that role. We would be better going for a 4-3-1-2 --------mannone Rosie-Chester-Hobbs-Dawson ----Evans-McKenna-Brady/cairney --------------Koren -------fryatt-----king/mclean That way Evans and McKenna can drop back and rotate defensive duties allowing for two strikers with Koren in behind. Narrow but effective and we don't use the wings effectively enough as it is anyway.
