Good morning everyone and hope you're all enjoying the festivities. We knew the new format was in the offing but i didn't know it was bing switched over this morning so please accept my apologies for any inconvenience. If anyone is having any specific problems wioth the new site thn please lt me know and i'll pass it on to the site owners. If there's things you donlt like about it then put it up here and we can have a discussion to see if there's a lot of people who share that view - we can then see if there's any way of changing it.

Can anyone work out how to show threads from most recent posts, rather than the first post. It can be a pain in the arse having to navigate to the last page every time.
If you click on the little blue dot to the left of thread title, it takes you straight to the first unread post!
I have just got on to this..... taking ages to post anything this morning.... and then going down etc etc etc A bit of a disaster at the mo. Plus it seems to have me as a "new member" .... Can anyone post me as to where the instructions are too? cheers I am sure it will get better BUT I am worried about the times taking to post anything this morning
It hasbeen a poor morning for performance on here. Dan or Hornette - how do you PM somebody on this new system. Poor old Gordon is having the devil's own job posting his predictions and I cannot find the PM button so have tried sending him some sort of forum message.
Ipad wobbles the text all over the place and placing the cursor is difficult. Haven't yet worked out any work round. It may be that I have to place the cursor at the very end of the text and manoeuvre it back, but that's exasperating. IPad Air os8.2
I like the new format - the blue dot is a great help as is the red arrow bottom right. I've had no problems so far......
Best bet is to drop the keyboard back down then you can place the cursor easily. Keep removing the keyboard each time and it comes back after you place the cursor.
The emoticons are easier to use on an iPad than before. But I do have the same problem as Golden Gordon with the text box being only half visible. Theghost's advice works but it is a pain to have to do that. On the whole, though, a vast improvement.
AK - I've asked Mick if we can have a different yellow or gold colour so will let you know what he says. I've also asked about your charactars so we'll see if that can be resolved too. The chap who mods the horse racing forum is intending to put together a list of issues and fixes which I'll post on here if he does it. There's a pretty good thread on the QPR forum ( welcome to the new site) which may answer a few queries if anyone wants to read it. Of course if you'd rather not venture onto other manors then I can always post it on here
I'm getting used to the new format and overall quite like it - especially the easy to use blue button and red up arrow. The little envelope for PMs is simple too
